Do you read to your child?

Parents are the first teachers that a child will encounter. You have a unique opportunity to start your child in the right direction. Many parents turn to early learning as a way to not only enhance their child’s knowledge, but also to build a strong bond early with their baby.

The early years of your child’s life are when they learn to trust you, and to learn that they can rely on mommy and daddy no matter what happens. The act of bonding with your child is one that will probably be the strongest bond you’ll ever have. (more…)

To go to a Meetup or not go to a Meetup?

Meetup groups serve a very useful purpose to bring together like-minded people who share a common interest. The meetings are normally in person and provide a safe way for people to socialize.

Do you know the secret?

I didn’t know “the secret” until I saw the movie “The Secret” by creator and executive producer Rhonda Byrne in December 2006. She based the movie on the book, The Science of Getting Rich, by Wallace D. Wattles written in 1910.

This powerful and entertaining movie is about the Law of Attraction, which emphasizes how our thoughts create our reality. We attract things that we want and don’t want. (more…)
