What would the world be like if it were run by HSPs?

What would the world be like if it were run by HSPs? This is a difficult question to answer. Would a highly sensitive person subject himself or herself to the abuse that one has to take to run for a major office?

Highly sensitive people are not perfect and are subject to bouts of stupidity and lack of common sense, which prevails in our current political system. With that thought aside, how would things be if HSPs rule the world? Let’s dream, shall we?

Why do we need politicians?

I think of this question a lot. I listen to the news, I read newspapers and the internet, and I can’t help but wonder how anything gets done. The fact of the matter is that nothing gets done in the way that it’s supposed to.

I’m not against government. I’m against bad government! I believe that we need administrators to make sure that the government is run smoothly and efficiently. In reality, government is a big business. Why can’t it be run like one? (more…)
