#HighlySensitivePeople: Would you like to feel better about yourself? (Part 1)

I know from personal experience the challenge of being a highly sensitive person and an introvert. Here are some thoughts to help you feel better about yourself and get the most of who you are:

1.  Your sensitivity is a strength, not a weakness. You have a unique ability to feel deeply and empathize with others, which can make you an excellent listener and friend.

2.. Your perspective is valuable. Your sensitivity allows you to notice things that others may overlook and to bring a unique perspective to the table. Don’t be afraid to share your thoughts and ideas with others.

3. You are not alone. There are many other highly sensitive people and introverts in the world, and you are not alone in your experiences. Seek out supportive communities or groups where you can connect with others who share similar experiences.

4. Your worth is not determined by external factors. You are valuable and worthy simply because you exist, regardless of your accomplishments or how others perceive you. Remember to be kind to yourself and practice self-compassion.

What makes you feel better about yourself? What are your unique qualities? I’m interested in any thoughts or comments that you have.

I like the simplicity and clear structure of this post. I can relate to all of the points. I’m finding that I struggle with my worth being sought out from external factors , others approval. I’d love to read your book.
