Highly Sensitive People/Introverts: Do You Utilize This Natural Resource?

What is this natural highly sensitive person/introvert resource? It’s keen observation skills! We take in everything around us, and being observant is the key to creativity.

You can develop more courage when you learn more about yourself. You can do this by trying different things that you’re interested in, by reading, going to seminars, joining in-person groups,  participating in online groups where you can meet other people who share your interests, and talking to like-minded people. (more…)

Do You Get Upset Over Other People’s Insensitivity?

As as highly sensitive person, I sometimes wonder if I get overly upset over the insensitivity of other people. Or perhaps I’m being perfectly reasonable. It’s hard to say! Recently, a friend of mine, who is a very conscientious and hard worker, was telling me about the tips he received while working in the food service industry. (more…)
