I think it's important to repeat the impactful comment (below) from Guto on my post, Are Highly Sensitive People Prone to PPOS? He talks about the Buddhist teaching, The Arrow. His words definitely struck a chord with me and helped put my post in perspective. "There is a Buddhist teaching found in the Sallatha Sutta, known as The Arrow. That bothers you inside
And time does little to assure you
That it will subside,

Then draw upon your inner strength

You can overcome challenges!

Do you ever feel that life is unbearable because of the many challenges that you have in your life? I would like to share with you some examples of two courageous women who are overcoming their personal challenges and taking charge of their lives. It’s very empowering to see examples of how people overcome challenges, both large and small.
