Personal growth is a natural progression of life. How come so many of us resist something that makes us smarter to make a better life for ourselves?
Could it be that any kind of change, good or bad, upsets our normal routine that causes stress? Maybe we are addicted to feeling sorry for ourselves and feel better in this state of being?
