CD 1 - Day Rest (65:30)
Day Rest (DR) is designed for people looking for brief periods of stress reduction and/or sleep during the day. Track One provides a 20 minute quick rest; Track Two facilitates a 45 minute nap. In both cases, brainwaves move down from beta to delta and back to beta within these time constraints. CD 2 - Night Sleep (53:36)
Night Sleep (NS) has been created to help you fall into a deep sleep, and if you choose, to help keep you there. Track 1 (8:40) slows the brainwaves down from beta into alpha. Track 2 (41:20) continues from alpha, moving down into theta and delta, and then staying there. If you desire theta/delta frequencies, put your CD player onto repeat for Track 2 and allow it to play very softly in the background while you sleep. This will surround you with recurring alpha-theta-delta cycles which are the primary brainwaves for deep sleep.Click on the links below for sample sound tracks.
For optimal effect, headphones are suggested. Another option is the use of regular stereo speakers within a 3-6 foot proximity to each side of the head. However, please note – many people simply play these soundtracks as they would any other recording, without special attention to speaker placement, and find great value.
